Stephanie Spyratos

Stephanie is a paralegal who provides assistance to the firm’s banking and finance and creditors’ rights and restructuring practices. She also assists in the preparation and documentation of SBA financing transactions.

Stephanie has an extensive background in corporate law including both domestic and international entities, as well as real estate and estate planning. She has experience in creating and registering new business entities, maintaining international business compliance, and drafting and filing legal documents. She also has experience in handling both commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys kayaking with her family, spending time with her family, watching movies, and going on walks with her dog, Minty.
