Aleksandra Rajska

Aleksandra is an experienced paralegal with an extensive background in real estate, zoning, and corporate transactions. At MPS her focus is on supporting real estate and corporate matters, deed and zoning certification recording and maintenance, private lending and banking as well as corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions. In addition to researching these efforts, she is highly skilled at preparing and filing all relevant supporting documentation, including due diligence research, document review, and both drafting and reviewing UCC financing statements. Aleksandra understands the importance of building strong relationships and is attentive to the unique needs of each individual clients.

Outside of work, Aleksandra loves to spend time with her four legged baby a.k.a. Lucy, traveling, discovering new restaurants and spending time with friends.
