Reuben focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, corporate, partnership, LLC, and business law, with an emphasis on all types of transactions and business counseling. Reuben has a wide range of experience in solving complex issues and working on a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing for both borrowers and lenders, development, landlord and tenant leasing, property management, construction management, loan restructuring and loan workout situations. He has extensive experience in capital structuring, entity structuring, and private offerings, including equity and preferred equity, conventional financing, securitized financing, mezzanine debt, bridge loans, subordinated debt, and credit lines. Throughout his career, Reuben has been involved with every class of property, including office, industrial, multi-family, senior housing, retail, condominiums, hospitality, and vacant land.

Reuben combines his prior experiences as a founder and principal in a real estate investment firm and as the Chief Operating Officer of a Midwest-based office building company with his legal knowledge and expertise, to provide comprehensive and effective advice to, and solutions for, his clients. He has advised and represented nationally recognized companies and REITs, as well as joint ventures, lenders, large and small businesses, entrepreneurs, equity funds, and individuals across the country in acquiring, financing, leasing, operating, managing, and selling many different types of properties and businesses.
