Isaiah is a commercial litigator focusing on issues involving commercial real estate, corporate, and employment issues where he serves as the “outside inside counsel” for several clients. His work includes the entire litigation process for both plaintiffs and defendants.

In commercial real estate, Isaiah represents commercial landlords and tenants in lease disputes; owners, contractors, and subcontractors in construction disputes; and lenders and borrowers in loan defaults, including guarantees. Additionally, he guides clients through associated bankruptcy and insurance coverage issues.

In employment law, his experience includes representing companies and employees over issues such as discrimination, enforcement of non-compete agreements, and allegations of misappropriation of trade secrets.

Isaiah is experienced in complex litigation, including managing voluminous eDiscovery, dealing with computer forensic analysis, engaging in expert discovery, and bringing and defending requests for emergency relief.

Isaiah grew up in central Connecticut and attended undergraduate school at The University of Iowa where he majored in English (with Honors) and Religious Studies. He earned his law degree from UIC John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

In his free time, Isaiah enjoys exercising, ideally outdoors (he is a two-time Chicago Marathon finisher). He likes playing golf and cheering on his favorite sports teams, especially the Iowa Hawkeyes and Chicago Blackhawks. Isaiah and his wife live in the Northwest suburbs with their two children. Isaiah is also a board member of a local not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving the needs of the disadvantaged in the northwest suburbs.
