Kevin focuses his practice on banking, corporate transactions, and business law, with particular emphasis on workouts, Uniform Commercial Code matters, creditors’ rights litigation, and bankruptcy. He represents secured and unsecured lenders as well as small and mid-sized corporate clients on issues such as contract negotiations, purchase and lease agreements, and loan and collateral documents. He also advises real estate lenders and investors on a range of issues including front-end loan documentation, negotiation, structuring, and back-end commercial workouts.

Kevin’s client-focused, cost-effective approach consistently delivers proven results. He works closely with clients in order to ensure their own unique needs are met. Clients benefit from Kevin’s highly responsive approach that delivers proven results inside and outside the courtroom.

He serves on the board for OMNI Youth Services, a community organization that partners with parents to provide innovative behavioral and educational support services for children, adolescents, and young adults. He is also actively involved in The John Marshall Law School Alumni Mentoring Program and the University of Colorado Boulder Alumni Club in Chicago.

Prior to joining MPS in 2019, Kevin was a principal at a mid-size Chicago law firm.
