MPS Law has always relied heavily on finding and developing talented young attorneys to supplement and support our staff; in fact, a number of our current partners started as summer interns or entry-level associates. As such, we regard our summer associate and clerk program to be our most important recruiting tool. Selected participants rotate through each practice group, receiving exposure to our four core practice areas, gaining early first-hand experience with clients and partners and making valuable contributions with real impact to the team and the firm. It is a rare opportunity that is as challenging as it is rewarding. Successful internship candidates and first-year associates must have the following credentials:
  • Exceptionally strong writing skills with journal or law review experience
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Prior hands-on work experience in a law firm or related entity
  • Interns must be 2L

New associates can expect a competitive compensation/benefits package, reasonable billing requirements, remote desktop access, and excellent growth potential.
