Michael’s practice is primarily focused on litigation, with an emphasis on commercial real estate disputes. His skills and experience cover a broad range, including landlord-tenant lawsuits at the federal, state, and local levels, construction litigation, fair housing discrimination proceedings, and property disputes.
In addition, Michael has experience in bankruptcy law and debt collection matters. Michael is a people person and zealous advocate for his clients. He utilizes his skills and experience to achieve pragmatic solutions.
Prior to joining MPS, Michael worked as an associate for a prominent Ohio-based law firm. Outside of work, he enjoys working out and running, playing the guitar, exploring new restaurants, and general sports fandom – particularly for teams related to his Ohio roots.
