Lynda Reuther

Lynda is a paralegal whose focus is on supporting the firm’s banking and finance and creditors’ rights and restructuring practice areas. She regularly prepares loan documentation for secured lending and SBA financing transactions and assists in the coordination of closings by initiating due diligence searches, reviewing documents, maintaining client databases and working with UCC1 and UCC3 statements.

Beyond her deep transactional experience, Lynda is also well versed in all aspects of bankruptcy and foreclosure, and singularly well-qualified to draft and file motions and pleadings, perform research and handle communications with all associated parties.

Outside of work, Lynda enjoys movies, working on art projects with a passion in photography, and spending time with her family, including her rescue dog.
