She oversees the preparation and filing of annual reports and annual governance documentation. In business law, she has extensive experience including assisting with merger and acquisition processes, contract work, commercial real estate, and estate planning. Melissa also maintains the corporate record books for numerous corporate and business clients in multiple states.
