Steve focuses his practice on commercial litigation, real estate and construction transactions and disputes, creditors’ rights, and entertainment matters.

Steve regularly represents business clients in a wide range of disputes, as well as appellate matters, in both state and federal court. He also works closely with lenders, developers, and other clients to help structure their businesses and projects so as to protect against the risk of litigation and unanticipated disputes and complications.

Steve began his practice in New York City with an Am Law 100 global law firm.
