Brendan Penny

At MPS Law, Brendan focuses his practice on commercial real estate, including land use, entitlement, and zoning for both residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. He also assists clients with the purchase, sale and disposition of commercial real estate properties.

Prior to joining MPS, Brendan was an associate attorney at a real estate focused Chicago law firm where his practice included the preparation of property tax appeals for residential and commercial property tax appeals, application for various Cook County Property Tax Incentives, and representation of clients in the annexation and rezoning of property.
