Elizabeth focuses her practice primarily on commercial real estate, business and corporate law.
Elizabeth represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including financing, investment, leasing, development, acquisitions and dispositions. She has experience working with lenders and borrowers in negotiating and documenting real estate lending transactions. She has also represented both landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating retail, industrial, and office leases. In her corporate law practice, Elizabeth assists with mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring of closely held businesses.
She began at MPS as a summer associate in 2021, and continued to work as a law clerk while attending school at the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law. After graduating, she joined the firm as a full-time associate attorney. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys listening to crime podcasts while running along the lakefront, traveling, and spending time with friends.
