Wendy works as a paralegal on probate estate and trust administration, estate planning, and related business matters supporting MPS’s Trusts and Estates practice group in our Schaumburg office. Working closely with the partners, she assists with drafting estate planning and gifting documents, probate documents and filings, client and advisor communications, and administering trusts and asset transfers which includes obtaining valuations and appraisals in conjunction with estate tax return filings. Wendy works with attorneys and families to ensure the estate and trust administration process is completed efficiently, timely and to the client’s expectations and satisfaction.
