Megan is an associate attorney and practices in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate law. In her commercial real estate practice, Megan assists clients with commercial leasing, financing, development, and acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, including vacant land, multifamily, office and industrial property classes. On the corporate side, Megan assists with mergers and acquisitions of privately held businesses, including due diligence and disclosure schedule review and drafting.
Megan began at MPS as a summer associate in 2022 and then continued on as a law clerk before becoming a full-time associate after graduation from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Outside of work, Megan is an avid long-distance runner and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
