Peter A. Levy

Peter represents a wide variety of clients in all facets of real estate law, from Fortune 50 companies to individual entrepreneurs. Previously with an AMLAW 500 firm, Peter welcomes the opportunity to work in the leaner, more dynamic and client-friendly setting that MPS provides.

Over the course of his 40+ year career, Peter has counseled clients locally, nationally and internationally on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, land assemblages, construction documentation, and development documentation.

Peter has extensive experience preparing organizational documentation such as LLC agreements, joint venture agreements, and shareholder agreements. Most recently, working on the lease and refinancing documentation for a $500 million major Chicago development.

As a trustee of the American Resort and Development Association (ARDA) for the last ten years, Peter has significant leadership and experience in the timeshare industry.
