JonTia’s practice is focused on commercial real estate matters with an emphasis on tenant leasing and negotiation, the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, and general representation of clients in real estate transactions. JonTia has represented commercial clients ranging from regional real estate agencies to large national developers.

Prior to joining MPS Law, JonTia was an associate at a large regional law firm in the firm’s commercial real estate practice.
