Practice Overview

Commercial real estate is a major focus for MPS Law, one that occupies a large share of our professional staff and resources. Indeed, our capabilities exceed those of many national and international firms in our market, and have earned us a reputation as one of the top real estate law firms in the Chicago area. We serve as outside counsel to financial institutions, real estate developers, and local, national and global businesses engaged in corporate, industrial, and retail development as well as financing, leasing, and investment. Because our practice is commercial in nature, we do not typically engage in consumer transactions, except on a programmatic basis for our commercial clients.
