When it comes to existing or proposed land use either owned, leased or in consideration for development, we have the necessary experience throughout the zoning process. Through our assistance and guidance, our clients, whether they are commercial or residential developers, lenders or users, are able to achieve the required changes in land use. Some of the matters in which we are involved include: 

  • Rezoning of property
  • Annexation and development, including negotiation and drafting of agreements with municipalities and other governmental agencies
  • Interaction with permitting and regulatory authorities regarding applications and approvals
  • Representation at public hearings before boards and commissions
