David brings more than 25 years of experience in land use, zoning, and commercial real estate matters, including prior practice at national and regional law firms working on behalf of both private-sector and municipal clients.

David comes to MPS after spending 17 years in a successful solo practice where he focused on land use, zoning, and municipal entitlement matters arising in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, sale, and operation of commercial real estate. The entrepreneurial spirit of the firm was also a large part of my decision to continue my career here.”
