Meltzer, Purtill & Stelle LLC (MPS Law) is pleased to welcome three associate attorneys, one paralegal, and two summer associates to their team, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in the areas of commercial real estate law and litigation.
“MPS is only as strong as the talent and depth of our professional staff, and we’re constantly looking to add top people at all levels,” said managing partner Bill Mitchell. “I believe this group is exceptional.”
The new staff members include:
Associate attorney David Berkley focuses on all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, and development. Prior to joining MPS Law, he was an associate at a mid-size Chicago law firm, where he represented healthcare companies and nursing home operators and investors in real estate transactions.
Associate attorney Sarah Virani represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing. Prior to joining MPS, she worked as an associate attorney for a national law firm.
Associate attorney Michael Jameson is a litigator who focuses primarily on commercial real estate disputes. Prior to joining MPS, he worked as an associate for a prominent Ohio-based law firm.

She has a BA from University of Illinois Chicago.
Also joining the team for the summer are interns Danielle A. Johnson and Megan Kerr, both currently students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
