Nicholas Langdon is an associate attorney at MPS focusing on Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Banking and Finance. He first joined the firm in 2025 as a summer law associate and later served as a law clerk. Nicholas received his J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law where he earned a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and served as an Associate Editor for the Loyola University Chicago International Law Review.
While earning his J.D., Nicholas received CALI Awards for secured transactions and structured finance. In 2025, he participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong, an experience that led him to become a tutor for the 2025 International Commercial Arbitration class.
