Advising clients who lease equipment or engage in loan transactions secured by equipment became a core area of strength for MPS Law when our 2022 acquisition of Kaplan Saunders Valente & Beninati LLP brought in a number of attorneys experienced in equipment financing and portfolio transfer transactions. Today, our team assists suppliers, financiers, operating lessors, and users of equipment in the acquisition, financing, leasing, management, and disposition of equipment and related contract rights.
