He has wide-ranging commercial litigation experience in state and federal court at the trial and appellate levels, with a focus on the representation of financial institutions in commercial and residential foreclosures and bankruptcy proceedings.

He also prosecutes and defends commercial eviction actions, helps clients resolve landlord-tenant disputes, and represents employers in employment discrimination actions and workplace disputes.

Michael was previously a senior attorney at an international commercial law firm.
