VICTORIA C. BRESNAHAN concentrates her practice of law in the area of Real Estate, with an emphasis on Condominium and Planned Unit Development and Real Estate Development. Vickie's experience is as extensive as it is impressive. Prior to joining MP&S, she served as Title Attorney and Metro Title Counsel for Ticor Title Insurance Company. She has also published numerous works in her area of concentration, including "Homestead Considerations in Illinois," (initially published in Title Today, Fall, 1998, and republished in the CBA journal Real Property Law Communicator , Spring, 1999.) More recently, Vickie joined Brian Meltzer in co-authoring "Chapter 3: Development Plans for New or Partially Completed Housing Developments" in the 2010 Edition of Illinois Condominium Law for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Finally, Vickie is a regular speaker and seminar instructor on a variety of topics, including “Homestead Considerations in Illinois,” “Condominiums: Buying and Selling,” and “Condominium Projects in Crisis,” and is slated to be a featured panelist and speaker in the autumn of 2010 in an updated version of IICLE's course on Condominium Projects in Crisis.
