MICHAEL J. WOLFE concentrates his practice of law in the areas of Corporate and Business Law, Banking and Secured Lending and Real Estate with an emphasis on Commercial Real Estate.
Mike’s practice is focused on the areas of real estate acquisitions, dispositions and leasing and all aspects of real estate financing, commercial and industrial financing, and bond financing. Mike works with regularly with national, regional and local, lenders and corporations in structuring and closing complex real estate transactions and financings, including multifamily and mixed use developments as well as loan workouts and restructurings.
Mike has served on several boards and commissions in the Village of Arlington Heights and is currently serving his second term on the Arlington Heights Plan Commission. Prior to that he served two terms on the Zoning Board of Appeals, the second as the chairman of that board. He serves on the Board of Trustees of St. Viator High School in Arlington Heights and has served on the board of directors of a number of corporate clients.
