Mike concentrates his practice in real estate law and real estate finance.

Mike has significant experience in representing owners and operators of a wide variety of asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, healthcare, and commercial/industrial establishments. He also represents lenders and financial institutions in real estate finance transactions and commercial/industrial credit facilities.

Mike has had primary responsibility for transactions on behalf of joint venture affiliates involving multifamily residential properties throughout the United States. His experience also extends to acquisitions, sales and financing for healthcare facilities, including long-term care and assisted living.
