Mr. Mulack concentrates on business, commercial and real estate litigation for financial institutions, developers and corporations. He handles contract, warranty, and fraud litigation, including corporate shareholder and partnership disputes involving fiduciary duty and restrictive covenant issues. He has litigated cases in several state and federal trial and appellate courts, and obtained a unanimous decision in the U. S. Supreme Court.
Don is the author of an Illinois Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) chapter on "Government Regulation" of not for profit organizations. He has the highest "AV" Martindale-Hubbell rating, and was included in the 2005 Super Lawyer Magazine for trademark litigation.
