DAVID L. KANE concentrates his practice of law in the areas of Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights. David actively represents debtors, creditors, financial institutions, asset purchasers, Chapter 7 trustees, creditors’ committees and equity security holders in a variety of bankruptcy matters. He has experience in almost every facet of large, complex bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, including plan confirmations, cash collateral and debtor-in-possession financing, section 363 sale transactions, real estate and equipment leasing disputes, preference, fraudulent transfer and other bankruptcy litigation and claims reconciliation. He also has an active practice in the areas of Restructuring, Workout and Foreclosure and Banking and Secured Lending.
