Chuck Byrum specializes in land use and development. His practice includes the representation of residential and commercial developers and builders in the acquisition, planning, zoning, permitting, subdivision development, improvement, sale and leasing of real estate. Chuck negotiates and prepares annexation and development agreements, planned development and zoning ordinances, easements, covenants and restrictions, association and condominium declarations, financing agreements, leases, and purchase and sale contracts.

Chuck is also an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association where he is responsible for conducting hearings and resolving cases involving real estate, construction and commercial disputes.
