VICTORIA C. BRESNAHAN concentrates her practice of law in the area of Real Estate, with an emphasis on Condominium and Planned Unit Development and Real Estate Finance.

Ms. Bresnahan’s extensive experience includes service as Title Officer and Metro Title Counsel for Ticor Title Insurance Company. Additionally, she has published several works in her area of expertise, including “Homestead Considerations in Illinois,” Title Today, Fall, 1998, and Real Property Law Communicator (republished) CBA publication, Spring, 1999. Ms. Bresnahan has also served as a speaker and instructor of seminars on the topics of Homestead Considerations in Illinois and Condominiums: Buying and Selling.
