ALLEN C. BALK concentrates his practice of law in the areas of Finance, Real Estate and Corporate and Business Law. Mr. Balk has significant experience representing banks and other financial institutions in real estate finance transactions as well as restructurings and workouts. He also has an active practice in real estate development acquisitions and dispositions.

Mr. Balk uses his prior experience as Vice President and Manager of Special Assets and Real Estate with a major Canadian financial institution, in addition to service as Vice President of Real Estate Lending in a Midwest regional bank, to offer unique insight and expertise in his practice area.
