MARK R. RAYMOND concentrates his practice of law in the areas of Corporate and Business Law, Real Estate and Tax and Estate Planning.
Mr. Raymond has extensive experience with business entities and transactions of all types, benefit and compensation programs, and buy-sell, employment and other agreements. He serves as general counsel to closely held businesses, and plans and implements business ownership transitions to family members, management groups or unrelated third parties.
Mr. Raymond advises business owners, executives and other high net worth individuals regarding efficient preservation and disposition of their assets. He prepares wills, trusts of all types, powers of attorney and other related documents as necessary to achieve his clients’ objectives. He is regularly involved in estate settlement matters including probate and trust administration, and estate tax and income tax planning and preparation.
Mr. Raymond also works closely with the firm’s real estate and finance group. He is particularly involved with obtaining regulated development incentives, including tax increment financing, for developers and businesses.
